Too many results

If your search is returning too many results and you are entering a phrase into the keyword box, try putting the phrase in speech marks. That way, the system searches on the phrase, rather than either of the keywords.

The following examples are designed as a guide to help you to find the right candidates.

Many of the examples below can be easily modified to suit your own searches.

IT director with experience in the financial services industry:

Select "IT" from the job functions.

Select "Financial Services" from the industries.

In the keyword box, type this: director

IT director with experience in SAP and CRM, sector not important:

Select "IT" from the job functions.

In the keyword box, type this exactly: director and (SAP and CRM)

Sales executive or account manager in software industry:

Select "Sales" from the job functions.

Select "IT software" from the industries.

In the keyword box, type this: "account executive" or "sales executive"

Or you can leave the keyword box blank to return all levels of sales people in the software industry.

Management consultant with experience at management consulting firm:

Select "Consultant" as the job function. Select "Management Consulting" as the industry.

Management consultant with experience at a particular firm:

Select "Consultant" as the job function. Select "Management Consulting" as the industry.

Put the firm's name in the keyword box.

<note: This will show candidates that have either worked at the firm or have the firm's name in their CV>

Software developer with experience in Java and the Internet:

Select "IT" as the job function.

In the keyword box, type this exactly: developer and java and internet.


Engineering manager with experience in civil or structural engineering:

Select the engineering industry.

In the keyword box, type this exactly: manager and (civil or structural)
