It's Robert Odhams here, the founder of CVtrumpet. I want to cover some points about our service.

Customer happiness is of great importance to me and I take it personally when members have had issues with the service. We serve several thousand premium members each year, and over 150,000 people are basic (free) members. Although it's not always possible to satisfy everyone, I will make every effort to keep everyone happy.

Our CV sending premium packages do come with a results or refund guarantee (details are on all order pages) or at: www.cvtrumpet.co.uk/guarantee.htm. The guarantee has been extended to our other job searching tools and additional package enhancements.

While we can get a CV to a large number of recruiters, responses do vary with demand for the person's skill-set and experience. Especially in the current market, it isn't possible to get results for everyone, which is we have the guarantee in place.

Our support team has to clear all queries the same or next business day (at the latest). Occasionally, emails can be filtered or responses missed, so I have added my mobile number below.

I am willing to personally resolve any query anyone has with the service if it is not resolved to your satisfaction via our support team within the timeframe mentioned above.
